Richard Hudson (R-NC), and H.R. 3898, the PERMIT Act, sponsored by Rep. Mike Collins (R-GA) in the U.S. House of Representatives. These bills would remove the bureaucratic obstacles that have unnecessarily delayed critical energy infrastructure development.
