MEXICO CITY, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Genomma Lab Internacional, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: LABB) (“Genomma Lab” or “the Company”), one of the leading pharmaceutical and personal care product companies in Mexico with an expanding international reach, announces that it has entered into a new MXN $1.0 billion long-term credit facility with Banamex, with a 3-year term.
The proceeds from this credit facility will be primarily used to refinance and prepay the Company’s financial liabilities, including the repayment of an existing bank loan and upcoming maturities of the Company’s outstanding certificates.
