IRVING, TX, Sept. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Powder River Crude Services, LLC announced today the launch of a binding open season to solicit commitments to support a proposed new gathering pipeline system (Pipeline). The open season began at 8:00 a.m. Central Time today, September 4, 2026 and is scheduled to end at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on October 4, 2026.
The proposed Pipeline will provide crude oil gathering and transportation service from receipt points located in Converse County, Wyoming to the Pronghorn Station in Douglas, Wyoming. The open season process provides potential shippers the opportunity to obtain firm capacity on the Pipeline by making an acreage dedication and executing a crude oil gathering agreement during the binding open season time frame.
