Firm to celebrate investors at The Harvest in Woodinville and unveil a new brand honoring founder Ed Springman
BELLEVUE, Wash., Oct. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As CES Properties approaches its 57th anniversary, the firm remains a quiet but powerful force in Pacific Northwest real estate, connecting investor capital with high-performing development projects across Washington, California and the Mountain West.

On October 25, CES principals will celebrate alongside investors at the firm’s Annual Investor Appreciation Event, held at The Harvest in Woodinville, a blue-chip development by VP Companies that CES helped fund. Guests will gather at the new Vaughn Gallery, a modern art gallery and one of several new tenants at The Harvest. Other tenants include Cactus restaurants, Dossier Wine and a much-anticipated new restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Hari Nayek.
