The financial results were provided in accordance with the terms of the Indentures governing Radiate’s FLFO Secured Notes due 2029, FLSO Notes due 2030, 4.5% Senior Notes due 2026 and 6.5% Senior Notes due 2028 (together, the “Notes”).
