Khan, who joins from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, represents private equity sponsors, private credit funds, financial institutions, and public and private companies in complex financing transactions. His practice focuses on leveraged finance, acquisition financings, private credit transactions, and special situations matters, with experience spanning the energy, infrastructure, technology, manufacturing, health care, hospitality, and life sciences sectors.
