One misstated hazard ratio on a congress slide can send a deck back through medical-legal-regulatory review and push a launch meeting by weeks.
That narrow, unforgiving margin is where Prezent Vivo, which is using AI and human expertise to power life sciences communications, is focused.
Inc. has named Prezent Vivo to its 2026 Power Partner list, which honors business-to-business companies credited by their clients with helping them grow. Inc. announced this year’s honorees on October 20. It is the third consecutive year the company has made the list, after recognitions in 2024 and 2025.
Prezent’s own path explains why its life sciences unit now carries the award. In October of last year the company raised $30 million at a $400 million valuation and acquired Prezentium, TechCrunch reported.

The timing matches what drug and device makers report about their own AI programs. Deloitte’s 2026 Life Sciences Outlook, which surveyed 280 biopharma and medtech C-suite execs found only 22% had successfully scaled AI and just 9% saw significant returns.
The firm’s mid-year update, drawn from 150 executives surveyed in April 2026, put 71% making progress on deployment over the prior six months, against 45% able to show measurable performance gains. Sixty-one percent called partnerships especially important for reaching AI capabilities.
Regulators have also marked where the human stays. In January the FDA and the European Medicines Agency jointly published ten guiding principles for AI in drug development. The first asks that systems be human-centric by design; others call for multidisciplinary expertise and plain-language communication of essential information.
The principles are voluntary and aimed at evidence generation, not sales decks, but Jones Day has advised companies to check their current practices against them now.
Prezents Vivo’s recent moves lean the same way. In its July, Vivo 1.0 added AI-generated scientific posters and overnight editorial services.
Two months ago the company named Alice Choi, who has spent more than 30 years in medical communications, as Chief Operating Officer.
Inc. presents the Power Partner Awards as recognition for B2B firms that supply services and expertise businesses lean on to grow, based on how clients rate them. The company thanked customers for their trust and its team for the work, and said it would keep building around clients’ communication needs.
